Question Since when did the B747-400D become an out of production model?

I always thought all variants of the Boeing 747-400 (Regular, freighter, combi, domestic) were still in production. If you scroll to the bottom of the -400 "background" page , they still are! However, in the Technical Specs section of the 747 pages, the -400D is listed as an out-of-production model! What gives? I mean, I know the -400D has only been bought by Japanese airlines, and recently there haven't been any orders, but does a long period of no orders automatically put the model out-of-production?
