Rest assured the administration will seek out, itentify and correct any "professional incompetence" they might find pertaining to this matter.
It shouldn't be too hard - I would bet there is more incompetence than there is not. And it will be incompetents looking for the incompetence. Go figure.
If Uncle Sam would just give me and a few buddies carte blanche to "clean things up" (along with a cool 7 figure income), I could more than pay for ten times all of our salaries on a monthly basis.
But no. Elimination of redundancy and inefficiency would result in the loss of good jobs for the incompetent! And we can't allow that can we?
