I can't really think of what to do but if you go to www.simviation.com/menu.html and then go to the forums they can help you alot. I used to be a member there. I might be able to give you the answer when I get home.

Voodoo 2 3dfx is an old card... used to be made by 3dFX but they got bought out... in anycase, you'll have to find the right drivers for it and install those. Just because Windows recognizes the card doesn't mean you have the graphics installed. DO NOT use nvidia geforce drivers.

Also not to burst your bubble, but if i were you i woulnd't play w/the voodoo card, go out and get a Geforce 2 or Geforce 3... much better support and speed... the 3 has really come down in price..

Yes, I had the same problem. You have to download a new driver for your video card. If you need additional asistance, call Microsoft Technical Support.

Try Clearing the flight sim cfg files, like options.cfg
I think thats the name and has all your stuff in it,
Infact Voodoo 2 is so old I'm not sure it supports the fancy graphics in fs2k2
