Issue with TheToyHQ/AdmiralToys
On June 3rd I ordered 3 airplanes from the retailer. Two of the aircraft were on back order and LaDonna told me that I would receive a refund on my credit card and that she would ship the third model right away. I received the model and it had a huge gash on the left hand side and I have yet to receive the refund for the other two.
For the past week and a half I have tried to contact LaDonna via e-mail and left several voice mails on her admiral toys phone number about exchanging the damaged model and receiving the refund for the other two. As of yet she has yet to respond.
I hate to post this on the forum, especially since the transaction I made with them earlier in the year was successful, but I have reached the point where I'm going to file a fraudulent transaction with my card company at the end of the week.
