Question New Gemini silver finish?

Looking at the pictures of the LH retro models it looks like Gemini have adopted a DW like metal magic finish for the undersides. Can anybody connected with GJ or who has the models comment on this, the silver undersides look excellent in the pictures.

Your´e right, Justin. By comparing it side by side with DW´s 'metal magic' it´s nearly the same looking. Also the engines are in this new silver tone.
I prefer this new finish, cause the 'real metal' is getting darker by the time and you also things you don´t want to see like fingerprints etc. which cannot be removed. Otherwise you cannot see clearly the printed details like baggage-doors on 'real metal'.
I´m for myself very happy with this new GJ-finish.
The only Schuco-model in 'real metal' is the KLM DC-10.

Thanks for the feedback Stefan, I'm also happy to see this silver finish introduced by GJ.
