Both Phoenix Etihad A340-600 and Phoenix V Australia 777-300ER are rare and expensive ones. You are so lucky They look so cool. Gr8 pix , Thanks for sharing. Plss keep more pix coming.

They can't have had them for long.

The 77W took their role. CX's A346's were among the earliest production models and had some performance issues. The three that they operated from 2002-2008 were leased from ILFC and then handed over to Hainan Airlines.

Aha. Thanks for that, most helpful!
Interesting stuff, Cathay operated them for longer than I thought.
That means Cathay has operated every A340 variant save the -500.
I wonder if any operator has flown all four A340 variants??

Anyway I digress, after some digging I have managed to secure one, so I'm happy now. Niiice model.

You're welcome! Good to hear you got hold of that model.

I don't think any airline has operated all types. Apart from Cathay, the only other two that have come close off the top of my head are Etihad (A343, A345 and A346) and Lufthansa (A342, A343 and A346).
