Default Today we are so sad but with you.!!

To all my fellow collectors,

and all our American brothers, and sisters, I would like to extend my own and my family's deepest condolences, respect and admiration to a country that appart from being the home of my American relatives, is the home of the proudest and most respected people on earth.

I've shed more tears than even when my dear mother passed away recently...because of the sudden end to the lives of so many fine people.

We pray that they will always be loved and cherished by their family's and that their memories will be engarved into our history for generations to come.

God bless each and every soul lost and each and every family who mourns, and god bless the rescue workers who carry out such fine work (I was one for 19 years) and wherever you are ...you are not alone....!!

God Bless America.

With love and respect,

Dave.

Thank you for your kind thoughts, Dave. The events of last week have galvanized the resolve of every American at home and abroad.

We will prevail.

This is why Americans love the British.

Thanks Dave.

thankyou, Dave.

There was alot of tears shed the past few days here in Seattle,WA.
My wife and I went to the International Fountain at the Seattle Center where over 50,000 people came to express there feeling's and leave messages along with over a million flower's so far that have been left.
It felt good to talk to the Firemen here who were dressed in there finest, honoring there brothers in NewYork. A few of them would have to wipe a tear away as we told them how much we appreciated them.
Millions of dollars are being contributed here to send to NewYork, I have been very impressed with what is going on here in Seattle.

It does feel good to be apart of this all.

It will take along time to move on though, from this, knowing hundreds will not be able to do so because they are only half of a family with there husband or wife gone.

My wife Theresa and I, Shawn Moynihan are with you all, each and everyone one of you who is going thru this in NewYork as well as Washington.

Do not feel alone in this struggle to be without your loved one. We care and cry with you.

Sincerely,
Your fellow brother,

Shawn Moynihan

Your uplifting words of solidarity and sympathy are especially endearing coming from one of the "class acts" of DAC.
Thank you Dave.

I do not agree with many of the American governments actions but as far as my feelings to the American people as I watched those towers fall............... there are no words to tell you what I felt. My wife was crying and at times I was not far from it.

The most horrible thing I will ever see in my life (I hope).

watthanothai placed the principle on the head, and this is where the real issues lie. Yes there are people out there who do not agree with US policy, the same as people who do not agree with German policy, French, British etc. This is where the problem lies, decent people discuss across a table the issues they do not like, they talk politics whilst having a beer.

Then there are the morons who did this and they speak to no one, they use terror, but themselves are weak. They attack, but they cannot fight. Life for me now is this principle, if you live by placing innocent people in terror, then you be dammed.

A traditional Chinese proverb goes:

He who strikes first admits that his ideas have given out.

As is the case with these bombers, they have no understanding of democracy and worst of all they do do not want to understand.

I was born on Manhattan. I will never forget the horrible feelings that shot through me as I watched the towers crumble on the television screen.

The solidarity that has come out of this ordeal; the international support we here in the US have seen and felt over the last six days has moved us all.

Thank you, Dave.

Not sure most of us Americans care if you agree with us.....but your thoughts of our loss are appreciated.....I think?

By the way, what is your nationality anyway?

Dave,

It seems that whenever we Yanks encounter trouble, you and your countrymen are always there for support.

Thanks,

Thumbs up Thanks Dave

Dave, Thanks.

One of the greatest tributes I've seen in the last week was playing of the Star Spangled Banner at the Changing of the Guard. Someone else already said it but it deserves repeating: You and your countrymen are a real class act!

Dave
