Hi all

Im looking to start my A380 collection so I'm looking for suggestions as to who makes the best in 1/400 scale. Im pretty much down to either gemini or phoenix. Which do you all think has the better mold? I havent decided on an airline yet, so any suggestions would be welcome as well

One of those, the gemini is alot heavier, i have 4 gemini, & the jal phoenix. Both are nice though. just depends what airline you want.

Phoenix is the better model... the nose section is better than the Gemini. However Gemini has more liveries to choose from.

The wing camber on the Phoenix appears to be better to me. The overall quality seems to be better. However, I agree, it is much lighter than the Gemini.

I have 10 A-380's, and the most are Gemini. I have one Phoenix, and this is the best I have.

Definitely Phoenix ! GJ has a completely wrong nose and wrong pylons too.

This isn't a 1:200 Scale thread... Move back to the 200 scale section, that's an order. Hahaha

I have more GJ A380's because of the choices of airlines, while only a few of PHX A380's, I can tell you this, that I like the PHX models better. So yes, here's a vote for PHX A380's !

If price is no consideration - go for phoenix - otherwise stick to Gemini......
