Too bad I'm not into house colors, this one looks good.

Thumbs up Re: NEW RELEASE: 1:400 Aeroclassics General Dynamics CV-880-22-1

Superb release!

Waiting for a cargo 880 now: Latin Carga, Profit Express (two color schemes), INAIR Panama, Central American, SERCA Costa Rica or the all metal Flying Fish.

Saudações

Celso

Ditto. House colours don't do it for me but this one is nicely done.

Another excellent release from AeroClassics.

Picture this: 1960's West Coast bright sun, crystal blue sky, a busy tarmac with a "brand new" jet airliner prototype? .....Gotta have this! Convair really knocked it out of the park with their house color scheme. AC did a nice here. No I am not paid to write this stuff!

Ah yes....the Convair 880/990 dual set. The GSE included is amazing. Sorry you missed it. One of my favorites.

A similar Conviar 880 scheme.Image courtesy of Aerofiles.com:

See my post about rolling wheels. The nose tires are too big and make this fine model look like a toy!

I hear ya and prefer non-rolling regular metal or plastic wheels, but in all honesty, these are toys.
