Default AV400 now has an A321 mould

Their 1st Airbus mould is the A321
Their 1st A321 release will be a China Eastern Airlines~ I will get 2 of them

I wonder how it will look.

I saw that they also have made Boeing737-700/800's. Are these good models?

What do you mean "new" more like borrowed from Phoenix or Gemini. I reserve final comment until I see the pictures.

Given The Current Offerings That's a WISE Idea.
Mater Of Fact, Not Only Will I Scrutinize The Mould Itself But EACH Release.
They Are Along The Lines Of The Quality Of Tucrappo/Phoenix.
Some Releases Will Pass While Most Will Not. At Least That's My Formula.

Perhaps collaboration may also be a less sinister way of looking at things.
Like PH and AC with the China Eastern M11s and lots of other arrangements also.

Why would you need to reserve a comment after you just made one? Are you saying that you don't know if what you said is correct?

Who wants to bet it'll have A319/320 wings, and not A321 wings?

As I've discovered David, 99% of the collectors couldn't care less!
How else could the likes of Magical Jet-Blu-X-Nutz survived pumping out their junk?

GJ has had an A321 mould for a while now, but they hardly ever use it. If it's decent enough, this AV400 rendering will help us increase the number of A321s in our collections. Lets be optimistic for now and hope they'll do a good job, rather than trashing the model before we even see it.

Well the Gemini A321 does have the wrong wings, unlike the Herpa one.

I am pretty sure what I said is correct, why would AV400 invest in a new mold when they can use Phoenix's or GJ.

But to be sure was giving them the benefit of the doubt.

Pretty simple really.

Nice to see your using an E.M. Foster quote, so by your own admission you don't believe in God right or is your answer/quote just limited to Aviation 400's A-321 mold.

Back on topic....

I hope you do scrutinize, quality well goes up and down. Herpa looks nice but offering is somewhat limited but that's fine I can wait.

Point noted, thanks. A couple of questions though (for anyone); Is there a problem with them borrowing the PX/GJ mold? and also; In terms of investing in a new mold, roughly how long does a mold last before it becomes unusable?

I hope so. What makes me stop from collecting small aircraft in this scale is those horrible thick seams and the landing gears are usually not in scale.
