This Hornet is a 1/350th from Tamiya and is hand painted and has just had the nose cone chopped off with some scissors to look realistic based on your inputs.
Now it looks like a Hornet  I haven't actually ordered the Navy sets you emailed me about. I will try to do that tonight, thanks for the reminder. |

Tim, now that you have ditched the nose cone, a slight clarification on my earlier post. We went to a light grey coloured radome boot...but not all aircraft have been changed yet.

Confused? What I mean to say is that if we have a heap of unserviceable aircraft here, we will have a hangar full of unserviceable aircraft nicely parked for your viewing pleasure. Otherwise, I will have to make you wear a bright dayglo vest and hearing protection as we venture out on the tarmac and try not to get run over by an F/A-18. Unfortunately, no cameras are allowed and no, we aren't owned by Macquarie Airports. Will be a great opportunity to see what your tax dollars buy these days.
