I wish the QF and KE would carry standard color.

Are those releases confirmed? If they are, I'm looking forward to the QF 747 F1 and the Korean jet.

Ah well, for those who missed out on the BigBird and Gemini QF F1, here's the Phoenix version. Kinda wish Phoenix did a new liveried B744, but I guess that'll come in time.
Good to see the A380 come out again. Will be interested to see the Korean B744, and the Playboy jets... I'd have thought maybe there'd have been more in their 1/400 releases though? Seems a bit lean. Dan

I was begining to wonder if Phoenix was releasing models in April at all due to the delay in the announcement.
I might pick up the Trent 742, although there's nothing here that really interests me. It is interesting to see the Qantas and Thai models released. I don't recall PHX hardly making any models that had previously been done by GJ. aViatOr

If you mean from other manufacturers look here:
DAC Model Datbase - Advanced Search= I see at least 3 other releases in 1/400 scale before Phoenix according to this list - 7 or 8 together in all scales. The Phoenix version may have the newer more detailed rolling landing gear. I don't yet know how many units of the Phoenix F1 will be produced, but the Thai "Dragon Boat" planes and other recent releases have been produced in typical quantities of 600 each by Phoenix according to the DAC Model Database. I already have the Gemini Jets F1 and the Dragon Wings Dragon Boat, so I am holding on the Phoenix versions for now. I am curious about those Playboy planes though... By the way, I don't mean to make a fuss. Just being curious about the Playboy models, doesn't mean I'm going to buy it. I still want to see what they look like - you know...like, HEY, let me see that !Last edited by SFView; 04-12-2008 at 09:53 PM. |

Now now, there are plenty of websites out there for that kind of thing
![]() ![]() Seriously though, yes, I'd be curious to see what they are like also.

Actually, just give me the Thai. The Qantas A380 I got has taken up the last of the space on my Qantas shelf
