Different regs. One is the "delivery colours". The other is a "revised delivery colours" that has the stars removed. In the early 70s, the aircraft was delivered to PIA with the full livery, during the mid 70s PIA changed its livery slightly and removed the stars yet kept the livery on the fuselage the same. Then in the 80s the livery was changed to the Green and Gold one.
