I Forgot To Add This Month's AV-400 767s. The Cinese Ones Aeroclassics Did Last Year!

But I Think AV 400 Might Be Around A Bit. At Least They're Better Than Net, C&C, BBX & Et Al. Plus The Price Is Right. I Got 2 Already, But They Do Have QC Issues. I'll Be Scrutinizing As Usual So Prolly Won't Buy Many.

Oh And Poor Tucano. They Were Great When They Had The Partnership & Their First 747s Were Pretty Nice. They Had The Best Colors In The Industry Bar Far. But Then They Added Too Many Moulds & Their Quality, Particularly Color Suffered Tremendously Earning The Name Tucrappo.

i dont care about a airlines trademark but i do care about my model quality , i know aeroclassics are quality as WERE dragon wings ,as was old big bird, phoenix and herpa . i liked the ANA 747s last month and getting the Japan and Virgin this month but who are this big bird , if they were a license dodge by a good manufacturer i would be into buy them in a flash knowing they were quality , but if they were some unknown manufacturer with a bad reputation im not buying them, not even if there platinum coated.
im not interested who gets the royalties, just interested in the truth of who really makes what and the fact they are announced along with aeroclassics makes it confusing. certain retailers amongst andrews band of friends branded the ANA releases as Aeroclassics. anything with the name aeroclassics is up for consideration, if they are not true Aeroclassics in one way or another thats conning the buyer and takeing my money under false pretences

And you know what is funny Rick, all these same threads and posts were made back in the Tucano days and look what happened to them.
The only players who have stood the test of time are Gemini, Dragon, Herpa, Phoenix and Aeroclassics.

All others.....come and go.......
Phoenix nearly came a cropper last year when someone tried to drop BBX into the mire with Boeing but the plan backfired and dropped Phoenix into it instead!

I will never understand why (some) collector's fester so much over licensing, etc. It makes perfect sense when a manufacture festers over this stuff, they have a stake in what goes on behind the scene, but not a collector unless the collector has a different agenda than simply collecting and enjoying their models.

I know when I buy models for my personal collection, I don't care one bit who made it or why, same when I buy a new car or clothes, I just get what I want.
I understand what you're saying. This is a hobby, something fun to do with our time to getaway from the everyday B.S. We don't need to here it here. It's each person's choice to get what they want and communicate their thoughts here , in a respectfull matter. Of course there will be differences in opinions, they just need to be respected. Feedback on what we think or do just needs to be done in a positive form so readers can get positive feedback about what's goin in in our hobby

Insulting isn't the correct term. "Sarcastic" and "patronizing" would be a better description of what you enjoy doing.

It's not hard to understand why you act like this. I mean, it must be tough for you to come here and not be able to delete posts you don't like, right?

Of course, nobody here ever gets you going though, do they?..or wait...no...that's not true - everytime someone starts slagging Aeroclassics, guess who shows up? Just lucky you happened to be in the neighborhood, eh?

What's amusing about the second portion of your statement is the fact that you can hide behind the "right to post" here, and then scurry back to your forum and play God.

Hugo did sum it up nicely - hypocrit.

If what I posted offends you, feel free to add me to your ignore list.
