I'm just about to start getting more Qantas aircraft in my collection (all I've have for ages is a crappy 1:600 one), so this looks like it could be a nice place to start (along with that new 1:200 Hogan 747 of course).
The only other time I delved into Qantas was when I got a JAL/Qantas 747 to kill 2 birds with one stone ages ago. Not quite the same though as it is mostly JAL. |

Yes, gotta love the 762. I completely forgot to add my #1 wanted 762 when I posted that AC. I doubt we'll see it, which just means I'll have to make a custom...
Even this one would be great (and it would make doing a custom in 2000 colors SOOOOOO much easier), but I doubt we'll ever see this one either... I still don't know why GJ never did more than just the Spirit of Delta -200...AND in its bazillion different color schemes over the years...EXCEPT for the 2000 colors. Oh well... Pre-delivery colors: Original Widget colors: 1996 Olympic colors: And back to Widget colors: 2000 colors: 75th Anniversary colors: And then back to... |

737-400 737-700 / 800 without winglets Dash-8 200 and 300 series 787 series Then there are the alternative colour schemes for Australia Asia 74SP The Wunala Dreaming A380 (or whatever the Aboriginal livery chosen) Then we can start on all the current fleet in the new livery... And then there is the TAA and Australian Airlines fleets (they were eventually to become Qantas) Unicorn

Thanks guys... I was specifically referring to Qantas, and any of the older classic models. The 737-400 slipped my mind on that note...
Of course, there's gonna be plenty more of the new liveried stuff to come, can't wait for some new A332's and the B738 etc... I'm really wanting to see a real B744 in the new scheme as well! Did Qantas operate B737-700's (at all?) and 800's without winglets? Feeling like a noob at the moment, ![]() Dan
