From HK.. they mainly do models exclusive for Airlines in Asia for promotions, give-aways, etc. They did the Singapore inflight First-to-Fly A380 that was given out to the passengers that flew on the first flight.

Not only is it missing the side cargo door, but the lower deck cargo doors as well. Looks like a toy.

This could be a sample pic and not the final product. Don't forget the flaws one sees on the GJ models. This is at least better than the DW Air China 744 with its 1:500 cockpit windows.

Just to back Sanny up on this, Lysia makes toys and givaways, and works on a lower standard and budget than the hobby is used to. The models do serve the purpose they are intended for though, which is not the collector's market!
