Default Jet-X Ansett 146s

Hi, can anyone tell when the Ansett 146s are going to be released. I cannot find any at my usual on line retailers. I see there is the Ansett W A 146 flag colour scheme on ebay.

They are due for release in March, as its 1 March today Iwould expect they will make their way to retailers in the next two weeks.

I spoke to the DW rep a few moments ago. They are not expecting any new releases within next two weeks. With that said it does seem that sometimes we are taken by suprise and a release of two trickles through the system.

I received my Ansett Air Freight and two Australian Air Express BAe-146's already. Not sure if the Ansett's you're after are from the same batch?

Mine came from Big Bird Aviation Models.

They were announced as "February" releases so I would have expected our favourite retailers to have them in stock by now ...

My mistake, sorry, I mixed them up with the Jet-X March releases.

Sorry.

Ok.... in no particular order, some photos I snapped of the three I ordered...

Pretty impressive once again, the Jet-X BAe-146 mould of course is great. The boxes are well illustrated and the Ansett colours seem a bit more accurate than the last attempt

Why is it us in the U.S. Seem to be the last one to get Diecast Airplanes? I see guys in the UK with Inflight stuff before we have it, and now this? I think its B.S. Nick, do you know why?

Virgin fans have a few listed.
I just grabbed a ANSETT WA 146-200 VH-JJQ and Australian Air Express VH-NJV, so keep an eye out for them and Great value export also had some, got VH-JJX from them so are awaiting their arrival now. BTW a Ansett wa 146 sold yesterday for nearly $100.oo AUD!!

I guess that Inflight is here quick because ARD in the UK are behind them and get them in Airmail so that speeds them up and they sell them early as they do with other brands.

In the US you are two weeks ahead on the Gemini's so it swings around.

Dragon in the USA also seems to have very poor release info and seems to leave it late.

The collectors know more of the release dates than they do.......

bigbirdaviationmodels offers fast free shipping on BAe146 models.

And they did. Which means that your usual US retailers should now have these in stock.
