Amazing job. To have this scene in 3D is visually enticing!

Now that is a unique diorama! Cool!(no pun intended).

Couple questions out of curiousity. Is that a Northwest DC-8 in the background of photo #1?, and....second question, did you have to do any permanent alterations to the TGA 707 for this excellent diorama? Will the snow melt off in the summer?

I guess I asked three questions.....sorry...

Don't be silly, of course the snow won't melt, I have the DVD and everytime I see it, the plane is still stuck in the snow.

You are really good, had to return to this thread and see the diorama again.

Can you do the Die Hard 2 session involving an evergreen 741 taxying, fuel hatch opened, it takes off, Mr. Willis rolling in the snow, and lights a zippo, aircraft blows up midair ?

You should do the end of Die Hard where the planes land in the snow. Nice diorama.

Totally bad-a$$!!! Love this movie, have the entire series on DVD. Had this plane once too!

Hey Karl: How much better would the movie be if Patroni showed up on scene and said: "Meina dizpatcha zayz zeir iz sumsing rawn vith dana 707...zats vy zey sent me...I am zee expurt" -PlaneJammin'-

Fake door made out of thick paper..... black cello tape to simulate open door....

The Northwest in the back is Klink's 707 or 720... (can't remember... I actually did this about two years ago)

thanks for the feedback!

For those interested in the UK, that other movie "Skyjacked" has just started on TCM (17:15GMT 21/01/08). Great shots of the 707!
