Interesting group of releases...no real theme there, just plugging the gaps with what needs to be done.

This could be the mob that release the Garuda Dc10 in old colours!!!

Nice variation....

I hate how Inflight annoucnes their releases some show up when they are suppose to, some have pictures. Announce the bloody models when they're ready to go not four months out without pictures that end up never being released and cause a big headache. GRR.

I agree with Carlos, that # 2 engines looks omninous. Though a SAS DC-10 in the Viking scheme is one of my most wanted

The pics appear to be just samples right now. The actual product may differ. That 707 doesn't look like the GJ mould or any other I've seen and it sure looks like its had one hard landing! The DC-10 looks promising and I'm looking forward to seeing the Ghana and Nigeria versions. The 747 looks quite similar to the BB400 mould.

All said and done, I think this is one to watch and once they're there in the 'metal' for all to see, then we'd be in a better position to play judge, jury and executioner.

Yes, but its unfortunate and a bit shocking as well that discussion of these models has been totally banned at another site.

I posted my opinion on this at that other forum. DAC and others cater to general discussion about die cast collecting. 400SH and Gemni Jets forums are brand specific. Once you understand that then you can decide which you should visit, depending on what information it is that you with to either show or tell.

I have said it many times, a forum is like an autocracy. They subscribe to the "my way or the hiway" mentality.

But Norm, when that other site has one forum dedicated solely to its own brand (brand specific as you called it) AND at the same time provides 'another' forum dedicated to 'other' 1:400 brands, where discussions about other manufacturers such as DW, GJ, HE, GB, PX, SV, including the infamous Bluebox have been discussed, fought over, bitched about, praised etc, isn't this going just a bit over the top?

Autocratic is certainly the right word and I feel its taking alot of enjoyment out of the hobby. After a long day, I like to come to these forums to unwind, feast my eyes and terrorise my wallet by savouring the new offerings, not to be watched over, restricted and gagged by the 1:400 police force.

Is that your 707 mould then Andrew? Or perhaps your "old" -300C mould? If so then naughty naughty.

Yes, those sections are devoted to the legitimate manufactures as you have listed, without going into politics (which no one wants to here or know about), all other 'questionable' manufactures threads will be at our discretion.
