Nickster, that is the Dragon Wings, right? My favorite A380 might either be the Qantas or perhaps the UPS, even though it is now a fantasy.

UPS Norm? Just goes to show that we all have different tastes. I do prefer the Asian flight attendants over anything that UPS could offer so perhaps that is skewing my preferance somewhat.

I Still Think Braniffs Are The Most Awsome. Black & Periwinkle To Be Specific. Then Next Would Be Virgin Atlantic, But It's Not Made Yet.
I Have The Original Singapore From DW & It Is Cool. I'm Not Fond Of Those Huge Titles. Kind Of Ruins The Livery.

From a retailers perspective the BN A380s were evil incarnate. The production #s made no sense, the distributor made everybody buy a wheelbarrow full of orange ones to get one black one, yada yada yada.

Let us hope that we don't ever have to live through that insanity again.

Yes It Was Terrible For Collectors Too.. That's Why I Don't Have The Black One.
I Started Collecting Just As These Were Released, But I Had No Interest In The Big Orange For 80 Canadian Dollars, I Had Far More Pressing Priorities As My Collection Was Very Yuong, Less Than A Dozen When The BNs Were Released.
2 Years Later I Got The Watermelon For 40 Bucks, I'd Still Like To Get A Black & Periwinkle But Not At Crazy Prices. I'm Quite Happy With The Single Green One.

That's my favorite in my 1:500 collection. So I would have to agree that the Etihad is in the top 3.

I don't like Dragon nor Herpa, but I definitely like Herpa better than Dragon.

I have to say that the fuselage color on the Etihad fleet is remarkable. Kind of a sparkly light sand color. I may have to switch my 1/500 Etihad A380 to 1/400.....hmmmm.

.....My one and possibly only A380 is the original DW Singapore, but maybe I'm just a little biased since my neice is a "Singapore Girl" (an advertising soon to be phased out... good-bye Singapore girl).
.....I'd be swayed if there was an A380 that wasn't completely white though.

I prefer the GJ A380 due to the superb detail, I have the QFA, AFR and DLH and like them all about the same. My DWs will all eventually end up on E-bay.

Qantass A380, hands down is the best representation in 1:400.
IMO, Dragon's doesn't get a foot in the door.
Dragon just never improve, the landing gear is so 90's.
