That Sichuan ERJ was Probably Sitting In The warehouse Since 2003 When Tucrappo Made Them. It Was Announced, But Never Delivered...I Wanted One Then. But Now I Collect Nothing From China Except Mandarin. No Interest Here.

I see CX and Air Hong Kong in your collection, why don't you count that as a Chinese carrier? If I am not wrong, Mandarin is from Taiwan and a subsidiary of China Airlines company.

I just wish GJ would re-release Mandarin Airlines B747SP and I will take one. I so like Mandarin 747SP but I don't buy the old version (with the seam and not so detail). Don't know how long I have to wait for that. HOPE IT BECOME TRUE!

As I Said, I Have Mandarin. The CX & Hong Kong Have Not Been Part Of China Until 1997. They Are Also Part Of My Kai Tak Theme As Well As Mandarin.

Why I No Longer Have Interest Is Simple. In Those Days There Weren't Enough Releases To Satisfy My Appetite For Models & I Only Had 185 Or So I Think At The Time. Now I'm Pushing 900 & There Are Too Many Far More Important Releases & Have To Pass On Some Of Them Already.
I Thought Of Getting Some China Airlines Old Colors, Air China & China Southern Because I Like The Blue Tail & Logo & That Also Fits Within The Kai Tak Theme. But I Seriously Can't
Plus I Don't Think That Sechuan Actually Flies To Honk Kong. Then Or Now.

Their site says they do...though likely not with the ERJ.

Asiana changed their colors? I kind of liked their old colors even though it was quite similar to Qatar Airways.

I never knew they had 777's. I hope DW does this one.

At first I didn't like the Asiana new look. I thought the original color scheme (don't know what to call that color) was unique, original, different. Now, it's a white plane with billboard titles and an elaborate logo tail.

But the more I look at it, it kinda grows on me. It's clean, and the color scheme is kinda cool. I'll probably get it, especially if there are no cartoon characters involved in it.

So, thoughts on the new scheme??

I didn't mind the old Asiana colors but thought they looked a bit dirty...like slurry. While they could have been a bit more creative with the new colors it does give it a bright clean look.

The Asiana tail design looks pretty much like the Avianca B767 that was released earlier.

Thanks for the pics Samee but I don't think I like the PX 777 mould. I'd perfer to wait till DW do this one.

Only about a week back I picked up the DW Asiana 744 and now I find they've changed the livery!

Hey, Sammy, thanks for the heads-up on DCR. I picked up the Air France F-27 and the AC Arkaria Viscount 800 70s livery. Been waiting for an 800 for a while now.

Phoenix should release the old color as well, perhaps GJ has license to release it, we'll see.

I had also wanted the now old color Asiana 777. However, now that this one has been released I don't care about the old colors since I collect 777s only with the airlines latest colors. I even skipped that TAAG 777 that came out last month since they went back to the older colors.
