Thumbs down The real Andrew Klein

Just thought I would show you all the real Andrew Klein. This is an unfortunate letter I received from ADI. The company that is the distributer for Aeroclassics.

WORLDWIDE DISTRIBUTOR OF GEMINIJETS®

November 2, 2006

Aero Classics Distribution

Dear Valued Customers,

Effective immediately, and at the request of the manufacturer, we are making drastic changes to the way the Aero Classics product will be distributed. We regret to inform you that the flyer that was sent out last week, which included the BEA Comet, Alitalia DC-9s, and El Al 707, is now null and void. These products will no longer be available for open distribution. We have received very limited quantities of these models, far below our anticipated allotment, thereby causing massive shortages.

At the manufacturer’s request, the product will now only be distributed to chosen dealers that meet the manufacturer’s specific criteria. There is absolutely nothing we can do at this point to alter this decision by the manufacturer. You will receive a follow up e-mail or fax if you have been selected as one of the “chosen” retailers. If you do not receive this notice by the end of the day today, please assume that you will no longer able to purchase Aero Classics models from ADI.

We are extremely sorry for this inconvenience, and regret the decisions that have been made by the manufacturer.

Thank you,

Elliot Epstein

President, ADI/GeminiJets

Las Vegas, NV USA

Well, Since I can no longer sell Aeroclassics, And since Aeroclassics does not support me. I will have to support BlueBox, and the companies like Jet-X, and The "True" BigBird. As for Aeroclassics? Not much business anymore anyway. I have had a lot of collectors in the last year stop buying Aeroclassics because of the owners pathetic attitude on this forum. So no real love lost there.

It's not the end of the day, the second set of memo's have not yet gone out, but yet you find it neccesary to post this garbage. Since when do internal memo's between two businesses get posted to a public forum?

At this point, based on these actions alone, I can promise you, that you will not be selected. I don't need people who spew their hatred on a public forum to profit from the sales of my product! Not now, and not ever!!

All the more reason to encourage and support new companies to enter the diecast market. I'm glad I have dramatically cut back on my diecast collecting in recent years. I'm not going to chase these so-called "limited edition" models from the annointed. And I certainly am not going to lose sleep over not getting a model.

Why is a business deal turning sour on here? There must be a good reason behind this and quite frankly it is no one's damn business except AK and Elliot.

As for the collectors that stopped buying Aeroclassics because the owner is pathetic.....excellent news! More for the real collectors! If some of you are collecting models only because you "like" the owner of that company then I'm sorry to tell you....you are not collectors at all.

There you go what type of man runs a business like that, back flips and tries to get out of it saying it's all lies.

I give you ANDREW KLEIN OWNER OF AEROCLASSICS!

Whatever, I already talked to Chris, and I know Im not on that list anyway. So, Don't try to come up with some stupid excuse. You teminated our relationship. I have no reason to support you. Your the one losing out. So I don't get a the VC-10's. So what Gemini Is making it. No Comet? Oh well. I guess I'll have to start selling BlueBox, Something I DID NOT do per your request. Im such a foll to have stood behind you for so long. Your not liked here, and at AirlineBuzz. You have screwed over SMA, and as far as Im concerned the "True" BigBird. You, and your product will soon just be a memory. Down to 240pcs then 120pcs then 40pcs the.......NOTHING!!!!!

Im not the only Retailer he has screwed. ADI states that its 3/4 of the retailers. bElliot sent this to all retailers, so its also the business of mine, and all my customers who preordered.

I hope you buy all the Aeroclassics you can enjoy. Good for you.

Dave,

I find it rather sad that you post confidential stuff such as this on a public forum. You know Andrew's email address, you can talk to him direct, instead of venting on a forum...

I thought you were better than that.

Well Faheem, Im sorry that you think that way. He stated in a previous thread that he would make it were I wouldn't see Aeroclassics again, and he did. Im not the one who ended our relationship. He did. I attempted 2 times to ask, since I did not get any of the E.African, and BA VC-10's would I be able to get future releases, and he never responded, So, You can say that I attempted off line twice. I respected your forum by not posting this there, but I guess I'll probably be kicked off of 400sh too.

Dealer's posting internal letters on public forums...

Next, the dealers will be posting their confidential dealer price lists.....

With all due respect, Mr. Klein had posted earlier on the 400 Forum that he was going to cut off dealers who did business with Blue Box. It was quite public. All PSA is doing is confirming that Mr. Klein has stayed true to his word. The cat was out of the bag when AK posted his ant-Blue Box stance before hand.

This is probably one of the most naive things I've read here. Collectors have established relationships with their retailers. Some retailers are now being shut out from selling a certain brand of model. Collectors will then have to switch retailers if they want to purchase these models. Please explain to me why this is not the collectors' business?

Agree with you! It is a SAD thing for this hobby that some people tend to mix politics with hobby. It left US "collectors" to keep searching for a retailer to purchase all the models we want from one retailer. Why can't the manufacturers get along and move on doing what they do the best? Let the collectors buy what they like and enjoys the models instead destroy this hobby.

So if Dave gets screwed out of the arrowclassics retail chain, and he tries to contact Klink with no response coming back, why should he not post the letter. It's not like he is losing anything by posting it. Funnily enough how 18 minutes after he posted it Klink responds. Maybe Klink should spend more time attending to his business than surfing forums for any mention of Arrowclassics. At least Dave got his answer. I wonder what business it is of yours? There was no non-disclosure agreement, so he can post whatever he wants.
