While this is a nice looking model, it wasn't announced by the manufacturer, nor is it coming anytime soon..

Why post things as new releases when they aren't coming?

(the picture is a sample)

Amazingly, this very scheme is also a short-lived one! This plane had "inex adria airways" fuselage titles (inex adria aviopromet on starboard side) from about 1970 until 1986 when the "inex" was dropped from company name. However only two years later Adria AW introduced their current livery which YU-AHW wore until approx. 1995.

I would be surprised if this model appeals to many collectors. If such an airline had to be represented for the first time in 1/400 scale with a DC-9, why not reproduce one of the two most common liveries? Being odd and unannounced, maybe this item is only a trial sample for marketing research purposes...

In the end, why not to pick up one of the many European liveries which are still missing?

If Klein is going to pump out DC-9s, I wish he would try any one of dozens of mainstream releases before diving into the 'unbelivably obscure' bin.

Pass on this one.
