A few weeks ago I posted a thread here to say thank you to HERPA customer service ( http://www.400scalehangar.net/forum/...ic.php?t=6846). I had received the HE AEROFLOT 772 with its nose landing gear broken. After several attemps to fix it I gave up and I asked HE customer service another landing gear. I received another aircraft !!!

The same happened with the GJ UNITED 733 new colors. I tryed to fix the broken gears but I couldn´t. As soon as I sent a message to Zach / GJ customer service I received another MODEL !!!! Fantastic!!! And at no cost !!!

I´d like to say thank you Zach again. You´re a very good friend!

You managed to get another aircraft from Herpa after complaining that the Landing gear had snapped off. Did you order the model through herpa themselves!! Because if not would i be able to get a new Ted Airbus A320 that i bought at Manchester Airport??

When the model arrived I realized that the nose landing gear wasn´t snapped off. The gear was totally distroyed. It was impossible to fix! I tryed several times.

Herpa received my pics and they told me that the gear was damaged and they will replace it. But I advised them that I couldn´t remove the broken gear so they send another model to me. I suppose they change the model only why that gear was totally distroyed and if they sent another gear to me I will not be able to change it because I couldn´t remove the broken gear.

And, I purchased it from an e-bay store.

I'm so glad to hear that your model arrived undamaged! As soon as I get some more replacement gear for that model, I'll send you a couple of those too. Thank you for being so patient with me, I know it's been a wait for you. If you are ever near Las Vegas, let me know so I can show you around Gemini HQ.

I must say that you are a gentleman. I would ever never suppose you would offer to me another gear replacement. You are very kind ! Thanks a thousand times!

It would be a dream to me to visit your place, the GEMINI HQ. But the problem is that I live in southern Brazil. When I decided to visit california I will visit you and I am going to bring to you some deserts because my hometown is named: the brazilian capital of the desert! Sweet city!!!

I'm not being deported. I was picked/selected to participate in a federal program for relocation of noncarded individuals.

Las Vegas?? Do you mean to say that your HQ is in Las Vegas?? Were thinking of going there after i've done my GCSE tests and it would be great to have a tour aswell!!
