Your last statement "a site which harbors the paraiahs of this hobby, and some of the biggest pricks n azzholes known to this world" could easily describe 400SH(it) as well. Before making any more moronic statements, try looking in the mirror and realize that you are only talking about yourself most of the time!

Carry on! By the way putz, I just went to Buzzland for a look-see and this caught my eye; QUOTE WTF is Andrew smokin'??? -------------------------------------------------------- This is BS... http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dl...6527049491&rd=1 Not historically correct, and not even a Braniff colour! (Even you're are going to defy The Braniff Trust...at least do it right AC!) UNQUOTE We all know that Brook Watts is a slithering scumbag, but considering I haven't bothered to look on the buzzardboard for months, and on first glance today I find this, I think we all know why I think of some buzzards the way that I do, and QUITE RIGHTLY SO!! So the next time you're referred to as pricks and asssholes, ask YOURSELVES why, and look in your own fukking mirrors! And speaking of defying the Braniff Trust, I beleive the only entity I've defied is B.Watts and his attempted extortion scheme, which explains his attutude towards me for failing to capitulate; Carry on!

And if you had bothered to read the rest of that thread, you would have seen that others clearly identified the model in question as a custom, and not your work. So stop trying to stir the pot by providing only half the story. |

SMACboyz launching frivilous lawsuits without any regard to fact), then the responses given are indeed appropriate, and warranted.Braniff license for the models I've produced in past is NOT REQUIRED. Of course Brook knew that, which is why he resents me for refusing to sucumb to his attempted extortion scheme. Now when a moronic prick like you continues to fight an unwinable arguement, his stupidity shows through very clearly; Carry on!

The BA Landor's were in the production schedule before the end of the year. The new BB management opted to keep to the schedule and go ahead and release them even though the new management opposed the release. In other words, the new BB did not want to release the BA but were obligated to the factory to do so. This oppostion because of BB's new management had a gentleman's agreement with Gemini that there would be no more production of BA models.
Klein had something to do with it but not as much as you give him credit for and his motives were for the right reasons anyway. Because the BB products, as you know, come from his factory in China he did have a right to express his displeasure over their release. But why all of this concern of license and non license? It is a topic that will be around for ever. Nothing will come of the dicussion be it pro or con so why discuss it? Half of the models that I buy I don't know if they are licensed or not. And like I ask all of the time, are those licensed models sold to us by unlicensed retailers? Do we seem to care about that? So what difference does it make? Goldy |

Is there also a "gentlemanīs agreement" around with Herpa Wings not to produce any more unlicensed CX models? Because, due to cost distribution, a minor fraction of the CX licensing costs will very likely be slapped on top of each Herpa model, CX or not. That way, the cost factories save on unlicensed models is being drawn out of my wallet.
