Your memory seems very selective. The attacks were going both ways, and you had initiated at least half of them!

Your last statement "a site which harbors the paraiahs of this hobby, and some of the biggest pricks n azzholes known to this world" could easily describe 400SH(it) as well. Before making any more moronic statements, try looking in the mirror and realize that you are only talking about yourself most of the time!

And if you had bothered to read the rest of that thread, you would have seen that others clearly identified the model in question as a custom, and not your work. So stop trying to stir the pot by providing only half the story.

Way to not read the entire post, once again your selective quoting distorts the story. It was clearly stated in the post that it was a custom. But don't let that stop you attacking Brook, since your Braniff models aren't licensed, who is the real slithering scumbag?

So Hoo care 'bout license-crap?

Hey, Anyone have a gut to do Delta 1996 Olymplic 767-200 to keep my lonely MD-11, a happy camper, to sleep with every night?

This year a new system (Wish I could remember the name!) came out and is slowly being put to use in baseball games, and will be commonplace in 5 years (good seeing as the old system came out in 1992). Its a more advance system that has better graphics abilities and is able to combine HD and Non-HD signals. Not to mention it can broadcast HD signal at more than 720P. And right now most people don't understand they need to get their new boxes from their cable companies as most think their old one can broadcast HD.

Cheers!

Just to finish this off the old system was called infini and the new one is called Duet(makes sense actually)

Cheers!

When slithering scumbags start inflamatory posts, without even checking into the facts first (kinda like the SMACboyz launching frivilous lawsuits without any regard to fact), then the responses given are indeed appropriate, and warranted.
Braniff license for the models I've produced in past is NOT REQUIRED. Of course Brook knew that, which is why he resents me for refusing to sucumb to his attempted extortion scheme.
Now when a moronic prick like you continues to fight an unwinable arguement, his stupidity shows through very clearly;
Carry on!

So are you saying that your models are unlicensed and that is fine. Yet when Big bird finally produces the long awaited landor and red tail BA 747's, you freak and tell them to shut down because those models are unlicensed. Do you ever get confused with this double standard that you seem to live?

If the argument is so unwinnable as you like to claim, why do you always have to respond with such vehemence. Methinks thou dost protest too much!

The BA Landor's were in the production schedule before the end of the year. The new BB management opted to keep to the schedule and go ahead and release them even though the new management opposed the release. In other words, the new BB did not want to release the BA but were obligated to the factory to do so. This oppostion because of BB's new management had a gentleman's agreement with Gemini that there would be no more production of BA models.

Klein had something to do with it but not as much as you give him credit for and his motives were for the right reasons anyway. Because the BB products, as you know, come from his factory in China he did have a right to express his displeasure over their release.

But why all of this concern of license and non license? It is a topic that will be around for ever. Nothing will come of the dicussion be it pro or con so why discuss it? Half of the models that I buy I don't know if they are licensed or not. And like I ask all of the time, are those licensed models sold to us by unlicensed retailers? Do we seem to care about that? So what difference does it make?

Is there also a "gentlemanīs agreement" around with Herpa Wings not to produce any more unlicensed CX models? Because, due to cost distribution, a minor fraction of the CX licensing costs will very likely be slapped on top of each Herpa model, CX or not. That way, the cost factories save on unlicensed models is being drawn out of my wallet.
