My current diet doesn't permit such luxuries, but I did have a DQ Choco/vanilla swirl last night, well, half of one!

Last weekend I had THREE beef and cheddars....normally I don't do that to my self...but I had a really busy weeknd doing gardening work...plus I had been to the doctors and my blood pressure was just fine and my total cholesterol was 186...so with all of the exercise with running and weights I do...I thought not bad for a 40 year guy...so I decided to misbehave a little

I paid full price though

And BTW, I'd like to see a Valuejet on that GJ250 MD80 mould...they only operated 4 at one time!
