Default Not quite fantasy Concorde models...

My dad gave me a United Concorde produced by Space Models in London back in the 60's. Many U.S. airlines had ordered the Concorde including Pan Am, American and TWA. Almost all had models produced of the Concorde in their livery. As we all know, all U.S carriers cancelled their orders, but I think it would be great if Gemini would produce models of those carriers who had the Concorde on order. The United livery at the time was the same as on Gemini's DC-8-61 by Raymond Lowey.

Chris,
I agree with you on this.

Craig H. Hansen gave the link of Concorde order list:
http://www.concordesst.com/history/orders.html

(in the thread: http://www.diecastaircraftforum.com/...threadid=37850)

So there are more liveries for Gimini to utilize the Concorde mould.

Thumbs down Don't mention Concorde

I seem to remember that someone offered to custom make all the order book schemes, they even offered the chance to pre-order and pre-pay for them at quite high prices, now I wonder who that theiving, cheating, lying peice of s..t was?

Ah yes it was Hannibal Hays, I am sure that those, who like myself got conned, will remember that name for a long time to come.

Well...perhaps we'll see a more mainstream manufacturer tackle that project. I have a few of the ones shown, but the UA, Continental, and AA would really be great to have.
