Thanks for the information Moonraker. Any idea when the SIA Leadership will be available? Saw no mention of this upcoming release on the mfgr. website.

Thanks!

I was suprised that who got this info from Dragon Wings that they will come out a DW 55640 SIA A340-500 Leadership. It was not listed in its web site nor anywhere else.

Remember DW broke the promised to came out a DW 55586 SIA B777-200 Jubilee in regular color scheme on Aug 23, 03.

At least I never seen it in public that who actually own this piece.

These planes are listed on the Dragon Wings website

Sure am glad I didn't pay $70 for that Aerolineas custom - a Dragon will do for now.

I'm not going to keep my hopes up. Still waiting for the SQ772ER.

It's nice that DW have announced the SQA345, mould is much nicer than Herpa.

I'll believe it when I see them Pardon the cynicism, but Dragon has a major credibility problem as far as delivering on what they say they will be coming out with.

Yes, it would be nice to see a Singapore Airlines A340-500. I have the Air Canada A345, and it's a beauty. Let's hope we see at least one other livery on a A345 mold...

I just have to jump in here when it comes to DW announcements/releases.

I will never be excited over anything DW announces.

If you preorder it you may not see it for six months to one year.

I ordered the 777ER in August and still have not seen a reliable release date on it. Every time an ETA comes out it has to be revised.

Another case in point is the AA A300-600. It took months for that to actually be released. Then it was loaded with inaccuracies which were unnecessary since they have released A300-600's in the past which were quite accurate.

Get it together DW.

You call that cynical? "Major credibility problems" are on the increase in this hobby on all fronts. Now THAT'S a cynical view.....

Yeah I'm still waiting for the nice 772 release, especially after I missed the Star Jets special edition last year.

I will definately go for this when it's released. Now on to the EK 345.

I think DW is just jealous of what Herpa is getting in the contract with SIA to produce the B747-400, B777-200, & A340-500, that's why when Herpa announced its relaese on SIA KrisShop Inflight & Mail Order Sales, DW will counter react very quickly.

Does any one of you think DW had officially get a license or consent from SIA official...?
