Question Will this Airliner come from another model producer!

This would be better even on a Gemini mold or better yet Big Bird. I know other people who like 747-300's would agree.

I love B747-300's,but this one just sucks.I'd rather have Bigbird do this one.

There's enough people that want to regularly go to Angola that they need this size of aircraft??

No, not jet engines as we once knew them. These are a new generation, upward-pointing , rocket powered thrusting device unlike anything you have ever seen. Shorter takeoffs from Angola's limited length runways.

Why is is so difficult for anyone to come out with a halfway decent (all metal, no plastic wings) 743? There is a gap in my Boeing lineup just crying out to be filled with a 743. While I was hoping that some one would make a TAAG 743, this will not cut it for me.

So the quest for a 743 worthy of my collection, continues.

I still don't see what's so great about TAAG. It's the last 743 I'd ever want. Where's Iberia/KLM/QANTAS/VARIG?????

(not to mention the mold sucks)

Exactly. Tustinko was perfecting these jet-assist-jets at about the same time their patented lawnmowing engines came on the scene. More bong for your buck - that's the Tustinko way.

It's a nice marriage of Euro-White and Braniff.
Everyone from both camps should be pleased and offended at the same instant!

The Gazelle-logo (or Zudzu or whatever it is) could use some work in my opinion.

Cute nose strut! I'm surprised they didn't name the aircraft "Jonas Savimbi".

what cheeses me off about all this is that theres a blurring of the lines between gj and phoenix models and plenty of collectors are getting them mixed up- you expect gj quality (which doesn't say as much as it used to) and get worse quality in these releases. is that any way to treat the paying consumer? its just going to drive people away from your products in th future. with the flood of releases that are out each month, i have to chose what i buy carefully now and i dont want to spend my money on a product of questionalbe quality or background when i expect a product of higher calibre quality.

Perhaps this is a version that depicts a 743 after a HARD landing...

here you go...the engines are all wrong ( not just the fact that they are sticking up.
also..there should be orange in the tail art..( maybe it was a updated paintjob or older?)

I hate to say it...but GJs is slipping a bit ( I used to be a big supporter of GJ..but with stuff like this comming out..who knows..)

I wish they would not do the odd 1:250 or 1:218 or whatever they are doing.. they need to get back to making the models they used to make..with the quality we used to love and enjoy.

Well you know, I hate to say this, but this looks a bit like GJ's mould to me. Albeit a with a wrong withroot. Those pylons look Gemini's, though since this livery doesn't do much for me, it's a pass anyway..
