Default ATTN: Diecast Plane Manufacturers

I just received 15 planes from my retailer and had 2 planes damaged. My retailer is very meticulous when it comes to packaging and everything but it seems it won't hold up if there are inherent defects in the packaging of the planes themselves. Here are just some of them:

Aeroclassics:
- the plastic wrap on the nose section of the plane is causing the front gear to bend or worse break off. I suggest taking the entire thing out since it is already protected by a plastic cradle and secondary plastic film.

- the box is too thin, will it be possible to make it a little thicker?

Superwings / Bigshooter
- The plastic cradle needs to be replaced with something similar to DW. The cradle is too loose and too narrow that it allows to touch the wingtips of the planes. This is probably the reason why there is a high incidence of wing tip damages on these brands. Also deepen the ridges so the plane actually snugs in fit at the cradle.

DW
For the 747-200 is it possible if they can take out all together those plastic tubes that they insert on the wingtips. Ironically, these are the ones causing the wingtips to break.

BB400
The box is too thin and and the box flap is too short. That's the reason why BB400 boxes are always opened since the flaps are not long enough. Inherent only in 747s.

GJ
This is probably the best packaging but the only thing missing is for them to thicken the bottom part of the box since the bottom part of the plastic cradle is hollow. This will lessen out the creases at the bottom part of the box.

Dream jets
Just make the box a little thicker

Thanks for the time.
