911 Help! Something wrong with my computer?

My computer isnt running right and I had to key "refresh" all the time after every topic I read or post and then it scramble to old date. What should I do?

John, if you're running Internet Explorer I believe I can help you.

Click on the Tools button at the top of the IE window, then go to Internet Options, a new box should appear. In that box there should be a section about Temporary Internet Files, click on the settings button in that section. There should be an option saying: "Check for new versions of stored pages" click on the automatic option and click the ok button.
