No, DW55006 Airbus Industrie A340-300 is the regular
model found in hobby shops everywhere, and yes I am
the angry ebay punter you caught out with your WRONG
description as a corporate model, your email to me saying
it was "up to me to check out before bidding" is correct,
but as a new collector starting out I will keep in mind that
old saying "Beware of a Chinaman bearing gifts", enjoy your
obcene profit Chris, myself, I'll put it down to inexperience on
E-bay, but I will display your model as my 1st one and to
remind myself to be cautious in the future, since my initial
transaction with yourself I have now bought 55 models
both here in Australia and the U.S. with no problems at
all, at least most people out there are honest.

Well ive spoke to other people and it is a corporate model and it was your choice to buy it, and you didn't have to but you did! I was told by many people it is a corporate model! And you only lost out on a few dollars. So don't you start giving me @*## about this. Next time before you bid for items do some research!

I've given away 1/400 models to friends just because they expressed a deep interest in them, provided of course the model in question was redundant to my collection or a duplicate. It's great to share our interest in this hobby with others, what better way to do that. Others seem to view this hobby in an opportunistic way, and I agree it is sad, but that is their means of thinking. Steer clear of them is all you can do.

I believe DW55006 IS a corporate model. If you look on Brinkley's website, this model comes in Airbus Industries' Official box. I have learnt over the years that any model which does not come in a regular DW box is coined as a "Corporate" model. I guess many other long time collectors will agree.

As with models on ebay, there are many that are selling at obscene prices, just like the JAL Dream Express which are going for US$50+. I got one for which i thought was a good price, but later after some searching around, i found that you can one for much less - US$30, from a Japanese retailer. Ah well, what a missed opportunity. The blame is on myself for not researching first, instead, letting the extreme desire to get one to get on top of me. It is the buyer who are responsible for what they buy.

To let you all know, i sold this model at the price i bought it at. Its just that Ive been accused of money grabbing and a liar which I am not. I have sold many other models and those customers have been happy.

To my knowledge, all airbus' releases are all corporate (with the airbus box that is).

Thanks for the explanation, it seems we are both right then
what we are disputing, CX104 claiming it is corporate, and
myself claiming it is general release, after doing a search on
CX104, I hope he puts the extra profit into his model airport
he is building, what is the web address of Brinkleys and does
that give all the details on all DW releases.
