Default Optional engine covers on AC's 737-200

Hey,

Just noticed on my AC 737-200 Sabena model, that it has an optional engine cover...
I didn't know that AC provided such extra's on their models...





It is a pity that it is not provided on the other engine

And now serious... Should I leave it this way or should I try to remove the 'cover'? But with the possibility that the inside of the engine isn't painted...

Apart from this, it is a top model!

Since that really isn't a very good looking engine cap, I'd break out the Tamiya paints and fix that.

Use a sharp X-ACTO knife to trim that flash away and hit both fan blades with a dab of aluminum paint - all better. I noticed none of the fan blades were painted in the last AC Emery DC-8 I bought, looks like your #2 engine isn't painted inside either,
