Arrow 1/400 scale diecast and model train compatibility

I was wondering what scale in electric trains is equivalent to or would work
with my 1/400 diecast airplane collection? Does "T" scale make any sense?
I am trying very hard to locate good 1/400 GSEs.

The smallest model railway gauge practically available is Z which is 1:220. So quite a way off.

Herpa did an ICE train in 1:500 along with tracks and a station.

T scale is 1:450, so they are within millimeters of 1/400. I see no real problem with it, up-close the T-scale models may seem slightly undersized, but from a distance I can't imagine the deference being overly noticeable. Hope this helps!

The T scale is the way to go.
There are plenty of 1:400 GSE that would look ok next to this scale.
