While they still co-operate on many projects, they are in 2 separate factories, with PHX doing their own thing, and GJ using JC Wings' factory (hence the mould sharing and JC style quality).

They are still in business as I was having a discussion to one of the guys from the company about a model due to come out later this year.

People, I was being sarcastic since it seems like Phoenix is continually skipping months while all the other brands release theirs in a timely manner.
