Does scratchbuilt by me count? Se Sutthel and launch pad in background.
With some luck, the Crawler will accommodate my scratchbuilt LUT and launch pad for the Saturn V and SkyLab.
I will be having this release for sure!

That's pretty sweet, probably bring on a large price too, like the 747/Shuttle combo.

Outstanding! I'm hoping Dragon may produce a 1/400 LUT...I'd pay $60-80 for it if they did. It would really make the Saturn a fantastic display. This crawler improves the Shuttle display tremendously. Still waiting for the promised Russian launchers, though. It'll be truly disappointing if they cancel releasing them, that would omit half of the manned space program history.

It looks very cool. Nice to have a set of space shuttles like this. Anyone has a full set of these things?

Very tempting. Before investing these things, just like to ask what is the diecast/plastic ratio for these things (like this, stand along shuttle with rocket boasters, one with Hubble Space Telescope and Space Shuttle Discovery w/Boeing 747 etc)?

Also are they easily damaged during international delivery and made scratches on the display since they are so bulky? Thanks in advance.

Mostly plastic. Some of the older releases had the shuttle fuselage made of metal, but now the only metal parts are the booster rockets. The stands are plastic, as are most of the accessories (except the 747). But they are very well done and come packed very securely, so breakage isn't common.

Whoever created the Sandcrawler for Star Wars borrowed heavily from NASA. So much for creative minds.

IIRC, this is supposed to be released for sale in the fourth quarter (Which we are now in)… Does anyone know if they have narrowed that down to a more specific date?

Didn't Dragon also announce the ISS a while back? Anyone have an update about that? Both are a must have for me!

This was supposed to be released Q4 of 2012, then delayed until January, then February, March, April...now it's the end of May. Does anybody know what's going on with this release?

I'd be interested in knowing as well. Must be some other projects getting in the way. Hopefully they take their time and make this one as detailed as they can.
