there arent many 1:200 military jets so that would be a waste of space!

Thanks Sagar!

I think its awesome that military models are getting more attention around here. We're proud to be sponsors of the forums. Depending on the demand, DA.C might add another sub-forum or two. Maybe we could have a forum for all of your awesome photos!

Take Care!
Jeff

In addition to the current range of Gemini and Dragon military aircraft, there are a very few other military 1:400 or thereavbouts available.

The Corgi B1 is about 1:420, which is close enough.

Anyone know of any others?

There are plenty of military planes in the 200 scale. Many more than in the 400 scale. You can almost find anything you want, but they are expensive. Go to the website
Miniature aircraft and helicopter models both civil and military from Corgi, Herpa, Gemini, Dragon Wings
and you will find hundreds of military models made by several manufacturers.

The website URL name was replaced when I posted the message. I'll try again:

I've been to that site before and it has a good selection but man it is expensive.

Pretty impressive collection there! It's a pity they don't produce fighter jets in 1:400 or else your dream of creating an AFB will come true.

This is quite an interesting one.
There are some sets of 1/400 scale fighters, in plastic but painted, available for Aircraft Carrier models.
Would you prefer to pay $20-30 for one metal fighter, or pay the same or less for a box of 17 plastic USN or USAF aircraft that can add realism to your diorama. I guess if you dont do dioramas, then the 1 model is a better option.
