Wonder why GJ is still doing this 1/250 line after they've started a 1/200 line? Defies logic, if you as me.

Because the mould is long paid for..Believe it or not these models do tend to sell quite well, and the airlines ordered them to sell in their respective company stores... I would suspect you will see more MD-80s down the road but no new moulds in this scale...

Well..you guys still have the 737, DC-8 and DC-3 molds, correct? If they are all paid for, the you'll probably want to blow the cobwebs off of those molds too! Don't get me wrong, I am absolutely pleased with the March selection, so I'm not whining at all! Thanks, GJ guys.

Hey CV, I had heard rumors of an A300 mold about a year ago or so.
Has that project been abandoned now?

Bit too late with these. I have already given up on 1/250.
Probably won't be long before we see similar schemes in 1/200. so all a bit pointless.
Shame really because the DC8 'stretch' was still one of the finest, until IF200 bought one out.

The only down fall to these is the fact that they waited so long to release these, that some of us sold our 1/250's, and gave up on this scale. I loved them, but could'nt wait any longer. I used the money to buy 1/200 GJ's. Well, they did get my money twice. good for them, and yes, these lood nice. Now, we need a 1/200 MD-80 series
