Hi all,
Since there has been some demand, I've decided to open a small Aero Mini refinishing service to anyone interested. Recently, I've been taking stock Aero Minis and repainting them in in different paint schemes. I also recently did a couple of AMs for a private customer which turned out well enough to give me the courage to try a more general approach. Those on this board have probably seen the ones I have done for sale on eBay. This service is a sideline for me, and as such will initially be done on a very limited basis. I can do complete restoration of missing parts as well as refinishing. I am only doing stock Aero Mini models- no conversions or kit-bashings for now. I am doing them in the original Aero Mini style- a combination of paint and decals. Customers must supply the models to be refinished, as well as all painting references, photos, artwork, etc. My costs are for labour and materials. I will require around 4-6 weeks per model depending on shop load and time of year and the complexity of your paint scheme. If interested, feel free to contact me and let's talk about your project. Thanks, Mike Bartel Imperial Hobby Productions http://ihphobby.tripod.com |
