Thumbs down CAM UK nonsense

In the latest CAM Club magazine, the following text appears in the story titled "Skyline's Beautiful TriJets";
Quote
Skyline Models has finally unveiled its piece de resistance. Their new DC-10 model is truly superb in every respect, including shape, feel. and quality of finish (not to be confused with some lesser quality imitations which have reached the market)

Obviously the appearance of Inflight Models on the market has scared the dickens out of CAM UK! I have seen both Inflight models (I own 3) and the Skyline Models DC-10. While from 10 feet away, the Skyline Models DC-10 looks fine, there is certainly the world of difference once you get a closer look. The Inflight Models product IS FAR SUPERIOR, with all the fine meticulous detailing, and excellent finish. CAM's Skyline DC-10 might be priced cheaper, but remember, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!, and I look forward to purchasing many many more Inflight Models. CAM's pot shots are nothing but a cheap poke! For shame, for shame!!

I had a chuckle looking at the shot of Skyline's ONA DC-10.
One of the key details of ONA jets is the blue stabilizers (see the Gemini DC-8 or Inflight DC-10). Skyline missed this: theirs is natural metal/silver.

Imagine that it makes business sense to manufacturers to release the same models. Otherwise it would not be so common to see duplicated releases.
It is amusing that a manufacturer slams another saying theor product is superior. i guess they feel that if they say so it is so!
The Inflights are VERY nice, if these are BETTER... they will be fantastic models.I'm still upset that AviationDirect rejected my Inflight order... So outside of a couple I had previously preordered in the US I think this is it for me and Inflight...
Any pictures oout there of the Skyline new product?
