Is it a B737-800? If so, have they fixed the tail that raises too high?

My guess would be Alaska since it has a white tail and nose.

Yeah, I'm thinking Alaska, too. I don't think it's Lufthansa, given they only operate 300 and 500 series according to their website.

Well, if I were to be correct it would be because you can see the horizontal 'slash' of the A in Alaska just below the captains windscreen and the stenciled Boeing logo with another wording below that too.

The only thing about Alaska, is they put the fleet number above the cockpit windows. I assume it is possible they left that detail off this sample.

He won't tell, thats for everyone else to find out. For one thing it isn't a latest model 737NG as it still has the old cockpit window 'eyebrows' on top. The newer 737NG's don't have those anymore. UA, LH and Ryanair all have blue tails so it isn't any one of them either.
Ok Kai, genius what is it? Its literally impossible to tell from these pics, but my guess is that its most definately a US or European carrier and it looks to be a 737-800. That is the best I can do.

its an alaska.
NG, 737s do have those windows up top too sir. citjet's assumptions were right. id be blast if it werent an alaska -note for moin: cockpit windows up top -see the A, that runs forward and under cockpit windows, you can see the triangle poking out in cv's first pic -see "Boeing blah blah" text also under cockpit window

Good boy Kai, very observant!
Btw NG 737's do have the eyebrow windows but not the latest versions being produced by Boeing today. That is what I meant when I was saying it doesn't represent an example of a brand new 737NG.

Thank you, Gemini! An Alaska 737! Amazing. CV, don't delete this thread, it is just too good to be true. Tail spacing looks like a 700 series, to my untrained eye.

Just Confirmed, with a little research.
Indeed a 737-700, notice how the line extends under the cockpit window, does not on the 800 or the 900 737-700 737-700 737-800 737-900 Hooray, will definitely be buying this one. Sorry, CV, still post your pictures, it is fun to let us guess. To the powers that be, take it easy on CV!
