Default Panic or not to Panic?

Finally found a Inflight 200 Delta L1011 at ARD (Aviation Retail Direct) last week, and on the website it sayed it was in stock. So I grabed it,they sent me an email to confirm my order, the thing is I have never ordered from them and living in North America I am used to the dealers on this side of the pond. I sent them a email shortley after I placed the order to make sure it was in stock,i guess i stated to panic, havent herd a thing from them yet. Was just wondering has anyone in the U.S. ordered from them, and do they still have stock on that model.

I have dealt with ARD since 1996 when they were known as Mach III and they are quite reliable. Whatever models I had ordered all reached my address, but that was my UK address. No need to panic. Just give them a call if you have any doubts.

As a visitor, when they are busy, it is absolute chaos in the shop... so not everything is an instant turn around.. Over here, we dont have thousands of retailers with a few models, we have a couple or three that are pretty much exclusively aircraft...

If you are having sleepless nights put a post up and I will phone them from here.....

My one purchase from ARD involved an IF200 727. The model arrived with a few broken pieces, so I opted to return it...at a cost of $18.

After two months of emailing and emailing people there, they FINALLY acknowledged my situation and the fact that I had returned the model. I was refunded in full--all except the $18 it cost to send the damn plane back.

Other IF200 models I've purchased from the UK have arrived with nothing broken, so it could have been just the plane from ARD was tossed around too heavily. That aside, their lack of response and customer service is what pissed me off.
