Kai listen I have an idea and I think it might be quite popular with many here.

How about a decal sheet with the letters A to Z and the numbers 0 to 9. You could have about 10 of each letter or number. These could be used to apply registrations on those models of ours that don't have them i.e. HE Etihad 77W, SM AI and DL 77L's and so on. They could be made in both black and white. What do you think?

i should add that i do have a list of regs done already for current models that dont have registrations...esp for risesoon models and their front landing gear door.

this has taken me 10x the time for each jet, thats right, EACH jet, it took me to do these 773ER decals to match all the typefaces as close as i can. if anyone is interested, when they are finished, i could release my list to people and see if anyone wants them for purchase.

Just do a regular font typical of what you see on most carriers. Regular block letters as long as they're to scale. There are some airlines that have their regs in red i.e. Air India, but theres nothing much that can be done about that. Just black and white would suffice.

No worries, Kai. Maybe these will arrive at the same time my spinning fan blades arrive from Rise Soon!

would you ever make some "detailing kits", like a set of antenna and stuff like the hump ( i don't know what it's called, but it's that hump on top 1/3 back from the front of a 77W)

If he gets started on them, I'm sure they'll be very reasonable.

antenna humps probably not because fuselage bodies are curved up top and i cant make the humps curved on the bottom to fit flush against the fuselage. my birds have them because i am able to putty around the gaps and spray primer over it and so it looks flush. antenna maybe but could be a pain for some/most people to put on and are too fragile anyways once superglued on.

i would however do the upgrade for you if you want me to for a price if you send the model to me as i have done that for clients in the past. cant do the satellite antenna humps though. if we can get member 'staralliance' back on here on the boards i know he once offered those kits many years ago! search for his name and his threads. i think his pictures are still up. i havent met another guy who has done customs to that extent....and im still a padawan learning!

i think moin said something about reg numbers earlier and i said i could do them. i mentioned that the only problem would be fonts and typefaces as each airline uses their own font for those numbers and letters. but moin did mention something about just doing a generic set which i technically could do.

im still seeing how this b773ER set goes first before moving onto other things. i dont even have the darn sheet in hand yet.

Yes I mentioned a generic set offered in black and white. However a set of red and medium/dark blue would be most welcome as well.

Yes, $5 for both - includes engine nacelles (gray), spinning fan blades (black), inlets (I guess that's what they're called - should be silver) (gray), and exhaust (gray). Received them in today's post. I was hoping for my Virgin Sun model but maybe it'll arrive tomorrow!
