Do you notice the A346 to be considerably lighter in weight than the A343? Thats the first thing I noticed about mine. This is not one of those 'weighted' models.

Yes I noticed that the HG A346 is significantly lighter than the HE A343 when I first took the A346 out of the box. I guess the fuselage of the A346 is hollow.

Yes it is. Either way its a beautiful model and a cheaper substitute to the HE version.

The horizontal stabs of the A346 are about to pop-out. Not inserted all the way in. Nice models but not my bag.

Well spotted!! I did it intentionally because I want to put the model back into the box straight after the photos. If I inserted them all the way in, it would be quite difficult to take the horizontal stabs out without breaking them.

Hmm that A343 is yummy! I have to get it...well it will be available here soon. Wasn't the A343 supposed to be gearless like the A346. Looks like you got those gears in well!!
