Very nice!!!
I always liked the old livery on the 727 and the 707! Can you tell us something about the whereabouts of this small exhibition? In the Sabena offices at FRA???

Very impressive.....Where did you get those glass circular stands and the smaller shelves from....that allows some more planes to be displayed into those otherwise gorgeous yet very restricted display units.

Nice Sabena display Martin.
Does this cabinets belong to that argentinian guy that lives there? BTW, I have sent a message to you. Check your e-mail buddy. Otávio

Not only do I like Sabena, I also miss it very much... Great pics Martin. And again congrats to whoever built the 1/200 DC-10-30 on the third shelve ! Fantastic details with even extended slats and flaps, great work.
And thanks for the very nice pictures !

Well... Thank you for your comments guys but... this is a view inside the office of one of my colleagues here at FRA
![]() OK, most of the planes he bought from me but the 1:200 DC-10 is a kit made by himself. And you have no idea how perfect it is. He has won many international prices and... especially for you Ontavio... he will soon display his VARIG collection which includes in the 1:200 scale the DC-10, the A300 and the B747... all in the old livery ![]() And these models are so detailed... there are even pilots sitting in the cockpits ![]() ![]() no joke, you will see ![]() And sorry guys... it is not open for the public as our offices are inside the restricted area of the airport ![]() PS: My airport office collection covers only 1:200 HERPA and HOGAN models... all CX's, SIA's and DRAGON's for example and many others (at the moment I think arround 30+) Last edited by StillAir; 04-18-2008 at 06:02 PM. |
