Hey i just bought this model from pilot wear. I've never heard of them but im pretty excited. im new to the hobby with mostly canadian planes and this is the first air canada model in the new ice blue livery.

Its a nice model. However you should have gone for the Hogan version seeing that its the only A345 they do and its more detailed than the SM version. If you plan on more AC models, go for the Hogan 763, A320 and the eagerly awaited 777-300ER.

Yes I would agree the Hogan A340-500 is better...much better. I personally did not buy the SM AC A345 even though it was available...No idea why I picked up the SM AC B773ER instead. Even if I change my mind about the AC A345 now, I might not go for it as they will eventually be phased out of the fleet....Where those HG AC B773ERs are , nobody knows!

Thanks. Let's all hope she will soon be readily available. After seeing how well the HG A345 was made, I'm sure the HG B777-300ER will be equally wonderful
