Hey guys...After seeing the pics of the Phoenix simpsons model, i have to admit that the quality looks pretty good, so my question is...How are the Phoenix models compared to the Gemini 200's? I know Gemini is a better model, but is Phoneix close in any way to that quality? And plus if someone can give me the link to the Phoenix website i would appreciate it, i cant find their site anywhere...ok, any comments are welcome..Thanks guys...

I just sold the WP Simpsons model, not because I didn't like it, but because I'm trying to narrow down my collection to certain airlines and aircraft. I liked the model alot, though. Very nice quality. Some collectors on the forum have commented that the engines on this model angle down when they should be angled up.

I may but I have a comparison of two the AA and US 737's in this post
http://www.diecastaircraftforum.com/...ht=Phoenix+200 So you can check them out. They are almost the same but Phoenix does not have any of the newer 737's yet or Gemini doing the classic 737's so there is no detailed difference, but they are very good and the details are good.

I have JAL & US AIRWAYS B734s.
PH's B734 mould is quite good actually... And printings and overall quality are also pretty good! I didn't get the Simpsons because I don't like the cartoon planes. |

Well i checked out their site, and im really suprised at how few 1:200 scale models they have produced. I really thought they had a better selection...

I have a couple of AA B727-100s in the current livery by Phoenix, and I'm very happy with them. They look good next to my 727-200s by Inflight, and they're quite detailed. I've seen the 721s by Phoenix in the liveries of UA, TW and PA and they're cool, too.

Wow, that Pan Am is great! I'd like to find that one as well as a AA.
