As long as we are still winging our way around the Carribbean I thought I would take this shot of KLM785 at the gate at TNCM (SXM). The inbound crew is just leaving as the outbound FO starts his walkaround and the FAs arrive. In reality KLM785 is an MD-11, but since I found this model on my doorstep this afternoon, it gets the honors. This was a hard model to track down, just about everybody was "out of stock". I was just lucky.

The one used here is the background for N-scale trains, its a problem for 1/200 because it is so small I really have to set the camera just right to get everything in the shot. I would like to know where to get a bigger better one. I googled Faller and they make some nice backgounds but they didn't have any photos of the cloud backgound so I'll hold off a bit. They are expensive!
I really am satisfied with the the way the 1/200 dioramas turn out but there is such a limited selection of GSE, I hesitate to build any structures or ramps because they take time to build and they take up a lot of space. Not worth the effort if I can't "dress it up" like I can with 1/400. ![]()

PH-BQJ does not exist. The other version of this model carries a registration of PH-BQA, which is named "Albert Plesman".

This would be the Hogan KL 772 correct? Those figures..sometimes I think I love them more than the planes...The pilots descending the stairs..so realistic.. Steve, these pics are priceless!
Would love to see a pic based on Emirates and Dubai ![]() |

PH-BQJ doesn't exist in real life (KLM active Registrations)K due to the pronouncation of the -BQJ is too close to letter G on-BQG.
(As I have been told by a LM F/O) |

The 777-200 mould is a beauty. I'm still waiting for my BA 772. I'll bet that would sell like crazy.
