Default Question about Eztoys!

Before I ask, if this thread is not appropriate in any way, I apologize in advance and please move to correct forum,
but I personally wanted to ask my fellow members especially in 1/200 scale forum.

Hello guys,

Those of you have experience with eztoys, please give me some tip.

I do have couple of models I want to order from eztoys.
I do not have any experience with them, so I just wanted to make sure on few things.

When I order anything from a store I don't have any experience,
I always send an email to check make sure they actually have the items,
regardless of their listing status (even they say, "in stock").

Actually this is not the first time trying to contact them to order,
I've sent couple of emails, but they never reply back.

For those who has experience with eztoys,
Their listing status are most likely correct? or not?
Are they fast in processing the order and ship the items right away?
Please let me know,

Btw, I can't remember when, but I think I've seen DAC member from
eztoys itself. If yes, please send me a PM so I could send you some
questions.

Good seller. I never had a problem.
Communication is good. I always get my replies within 24hrs.
Listings are not all up-to-date. However, He will let you know when the item is out of stock.

Overall, Very Good.

That was what I'm worried about,
but well I just want to make sure that what I'm ordering is in stock.
I don't want to check out and pay for sold out items and have to dispute.

Making order for sold-out items and having them change to other models
or refund processing is what I hate the most...

I forgot to mention that EzToys only charges when the Item actually ships. You won't be charged during the check-out process.

My experiences with EZtoys.
They are very good, good communication. They haven't skipped a single email from me.You should try and talk with "KAM", he's the one answering all my emails..

Their listing status are most likely correct? or not?
Well the Eztoys have two real stores in San Diego, CA plus their eztoys online store system, I'l told that sometimes items gets sold out in the real stores before EZtoys perform their nightly update with the online store database. So it depends really whoelse is wanting your "item".

I once made an order with them. Here's the deal. I purchased about 7 models, I checked out with 7 models, but NOT charged untill the actual ship out. The seller emails me and says :the 7th model was sold out, the 7th model was purchased and bought from the real store by another buyer, hence the not last minute update on the database. EZtoys asks me if I want a replacement for the missing item on the order ? I said no, they then send the package with 6 models, charged 6 models on my creditcard.

Basically their online store is based on what items are in the real stores, if the item is sold out on the real store, I think it takes about 6-7 hours before it is UPDATED on the online store.

Are they fast in processing the order and ship the items right away?
So far, yes I can say they do process the order fast, I normally get my package 8-10 days later. Thumbs up on that.

I can't remember when, but I think I've seen DAC member from eztoys itself.
There's DAC usernames with "eztoys" or "KAM" in here. But just to be sure, contact the website. eztoyz@eztoyz.com

Jazz, I hope this helps.

/Regards

Just got an email finally...

I asked for 3 models, but all sold out.
The models were listed as "in stock" before I asked.

This is why we all need to check before any order from anywhere.
Guess I'll have to order with eztoyz some other time.

Bummer on the 3 models being sold out. Which ones are you looking for?

Kam's a great guy. I visit his shop at Horton Plaza when I have SAN layovers. He always gives me the internet price instead of the store price.
I have 4 SAN layovers in Feb. Looking forward to adding to my collection.

Bill
