AX20, I see that you have not given up yet. Perhaps Nobbe has made it loud and clear.

Knowing Nobbe (who is into Tupolev aircraft), could it be a Tu-144? Just a guess...

Well, chances are better than for the TU114.

OK, that wasn´t nice.

The dropped nose aircraft is this one - made by Western Models:

As soon as they finish the work in my house and I unwrap the cabinets I'll count the 1:200 for you, shouldn't be too difficult.

I have a collection that spans several decades. Memorabilia and models in various scales and media (wood, plastic, diecast).
I have grouped the majority by airline in a series of display cabinets, 3 of which are shown in the attached picture. I have included a picture of some of the interior shelves to see how I have various scales grouped.
On top of the cabinets are displayed large scale wooden aircraft models and in front of their stands diecast airliners in small display cases. Besides the display cabinets, I have 3 five shelf bookcases with the shelves filled with diecasts in similar small display cases stacked one upon the other.
Even doing all of this, I have run out of display area and am trying to talk my wife into the idea of building onto our house.

I have over 500+ and the question is no longer where do I put my models but rather where do I put my bed?

Thatīs true, but as you can see on the pic the runway and the apron have to be overhauled. There are massive cracks - and some airlines have complained already...

I canīt explain but the A300 is one of my favorite jets - mostly because itīs not "in the spotlight" like the 747 or 380. Itīs a reliable working horse, like an old acquaintance, but not the boss on the apron. I like that...

Nobbe,

I quite like the A300 and A310 aswell. I was fortunate in my line of work to fly on both types with Lufthansa from Frankfurt to Heathrow on the flight deck. Business class was also good with this airline on shorthaul European flights.

Just done two flights on easyJet Boeing 737-700's though, I love 737's the best!
